Assetline Capital has joined Specialist Finance Group’s (SFG) panel of lenders.
SFG brokers will now be able to access the non-bank lender’s full suite of product solutions, including mortgages, construction and bridging.
The new partnership will offer a range of new non-bank lending options for SFG’s network of over 1,400 brokers nationwide – from long-term mortgages, short-term private lending solutions, consumer bridging and construction and development finance.
“It’s a challenging market right now and clients are looking for choice,” says Royden D’Vaz, Assetline Capital’s General Manager of Distribution and Partnerships.
“We’re excited to bring SFG more options for their savvy brokers and customers. As a full-service lender, brokers will have the ability to help more customers and find more solutions all in one place.”
The partnership with SFG is the latest in a series of new product developments and expansions for the non-bank lender, giving brokers access to more flexible solutions for a wide range of borrower needs and circumstances.
“In the last 12 months, we have seen Assetline Capital grow tremendously, with an increase of 35% in bridging finance settlements YoY and the expansion of our Mortgage loan terms to $5m,” comments D’Vaz.
Speaking about the recent partnership, SFG General Manager, Blake Buchanan said,
“We are very much looking forward to welcoming Assetline Capital to our panel and enjoying a wonderful partnership into the future. As one of Australia’s premiere aggregators, we look forward to partnering with Assetline to assist our members with leading financial solutions across the country.
”With a strong focus on broker education and engagement, Assetline Capital will be working closely with SFG to provide guidance and training on the various products and solutions now available to their brokers.
“For some brokers it may be the first time working with us or on a loan type they’re not familiar with. Our sales teams across the country are on hand to guide them along the way,” explains D’Vaz. “We encourage all SFG brokers to get accredited with us so they can access our full suite of lending solutions.”
