How do I become accredited with Assetline?

Becoming accredited with Assetline is simple. Complete our online accreditation form, watch a short video, then our team will assess your application. Once approved, you'll have access to Assetline's lending solutions and ongoing support from your local Business Development Manager.

Do I need to be accredited before discussing a loan scenario?

No. You don't need to be accredited to discuss a loan scenario with Assetline. We encourage brokers to contact us early so we can help determine the most suitable lending solution before a formal application is submitted.

Which mortgage aggregators is Assetline accredited with?

Assetline is accredited with a range of leading Australian mortgage aggregators. If you're unsure whether we're available through your aggregator, contact our team and we'll be happy to assist.

Loan Applications

How do I submit a loan application to Assetline?

Applications can be submitted through your Business Development Manager using the relevant application forms available in our Broker Resources. If you're unsure which application is required, our team can point you in the right direction.

What information should I provide when discussing a loan scenario?

Providing borrower details, security property information, funding purpose, loan amount and exit strategy allows our credit team to assess the opportunity quickly and provide more accurate indicative terms.

How quickly can Assetline provide indicative terms?

Indicative terms are often provided the same business day, depending on the complexity of the transaction and the information available. Early scenario discussions generally lead to faster outcomes.

Can I speak with the credit team before submitting an application?

Your Business Development Manager will coordinate the application and facilitate direct access to our in-house credit team whenever appropriate, ensuring complex scenarios can be discussed early.

Once indicative terms are accepted, our team will collect the required supporting documentation, complete formal credit assessment and progress the transaction through to approval and settlement.
