Assetline Capital welcomes new State Managers

Arthur Karvelas joins the Victoria team with more than two decades of industry experience including previous roles at Yellow Brick Road, Bluestone, Pepper Money and Heritage Bank.

Karvelas will lead the sales team in Victoria, working with brokers and borrowers offering extensive market knowledge and face-to-face support during the loan process, ultimately leading to faster and easier approvals and better outcomes for brokers and their customers.

Speaking about Karvelas joining the team, Royden D’Vaz, General Manager of Distributions and Partnerships says, “It gives me great pleasure to welcome Arthur to the Assetline Capital team. He is an outstanding choice to lead and grow our team in Victoria, his extensive knowledge of the industry will help brokers and their clients to get the deals done.”

Karvelas will aim to extend the non-bank lender’s footprint in Victoria, working with brokers and aggregators in metro and regional Victoria, promoting Assetline Capital’s full suite of lending products.

To coincide with Arthur joining the non-bank lender, Assetline Capital has also announced the recent promotion of Laura Stanley to NSW State Manager.

Having joined the business in 2023 as a BDM, Laura will now lead the NSW sales team, servicing brokers and borrowers across the state.

These appointments are the latest in a series of developments for the non-bank lender, having recently appointed Royden D’Vaz and Jason Lucas to newly formed executive roles last month.
