The non-bank lender has expanded its NSW sales team to cater to its growing broker base.
Celia Li brings more than a decade of lending experience across China and Australia.
This appointment is the latest in a number of recent developments for Assetline Capital, having launched a $1m - $5m alt-doc construction product earlier this year.
The addition to the NSW sales team reinforces Assetline Capital’s ongoing focus on delivering short- and long-term lending solutions for brokers and borrowers across Australia.
Celia brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in the non-bank and banking sectors, having previously worked at Prime Capital, Commonwealth Bank, NAB and Citi Bank.
"We are thrilled to welcome Celia Li to our team," said Royden D’Vaz, Head of Sales and Distribution. "Her impressive background and dedication to delivering the best outcomes for brokers make her a valuable asset as we continue to expand our reach and serve the industry with fast and flexible lending solutions.”
In her role as a member of the NSW sales team, Celia will work with the Chinese-speaking broker community in metro and non-metro locations across New South Wales including identifying new opportunities with aggregators and brokers. Her insight and innovative approach will contribute significantly to Assetline Capital's ongoing success and position the non-bank lender as a leader in the private lending space.
Speaking about her new role Li comments, “I’m delighted to join Assetline Capital. They have seen substantial growth in recent years and I’m excited to play a part in their ongoing success. I’m looking forward to getting on the road, meeting with brokers and working with them on delivering some great deals for their clients.”
This appointment is the latest in a series of developments for the non-bank lender, including the recent announcement of record-breaking YoY loan settlements and the introduction of a new alt-doc construction product.
“We have seen tremendous growth in the last year from product launches like the Clinch Bridging Loan and Alt Doc Construction to growing our sales team in Queensland, Western Australia and South Australia, so it’s essential that we have an experienced and talented sales team to cater to our full broker network. Li’s commitment to delivering outstanding service and tailored financial solutions aligns perfectly with Assetline Capital's mission to provide unparalleled support to brokers,” believes D’Vaz.
