Assetline Capital has announced the appointment of Davide Bini as General Manager – Development Finance, bringing over 20 years of experience in structured property lending and development finance.

Davide’s deep expertise and strong broker relationships will drive the expansion of Assetline’s construction and development loan offerings - a key focus area as the business continues to scale its growth in this space.

Also joining the leadership team is Adam Daniels, appointed as Head of Credit. With a proven track record in credit risk management and over 25 years in the financial services industry, Adam will oversee the credit strategy and policy framework across Assetline’s full suite of lending products. His leadership will play a critical role in upholding Assetline’s reputation in responsive credit decisions and strong risk management.

“Both Davide and Adam bring outstanding industry knowledge and leadership capability,” says Nick Raphaely, AltX Financial Group’s Co-CEO and Co-Founder.

“Their appointments reflect our continued investment in strengthening our business to better support brokers and their clients with fast, flexible, and reliable lending solutions”.

This follows a period of strong momentum for Assetline Capital. In the recent 12 months, the non-bank lender reported a substantial increase in settlements of its mortgages product, the introduction of a ‘no valuation’ private lending product, and the expansion of its sales teams in New South Wales and Victoria.

“Assetline remains focused on service, speed to market, and product innovation – core pillars of our broker-first approach. Having access to a non-bank lender like Assetline, which has a wide product offering and an experienced team on hand, can be the difference between getting the deal or losing it,” says Raphaely.
